At Auralith, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
General Rules
- All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Customers must contact us first at support.auralith@gmail.com before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Items must be in original packaging to be eligible for a return.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not cover return shipping fees.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Photo proof of damage or defect is required before any return or refund is approved. Please include clear photos in your email when contacting us.
Auralith Depuff Serum
- Used or opened products cannot be returned. Once the seal has been broken or the product has been used, it is not eligible for a return or refund.
- If the bottle arrived broken or damaged during shipping, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement. Photo proof is required.
Bundle Orders
- All bundle purchases are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds unless the items arrived damaged or defective.
60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Our 60-day guarantee covers product satisfaction. If you are genuinely unhappy with your results, contact us and we will work with you to find a solution. This guarantee is separate from our return policy and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support.auralith@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Attach clear photos of the damaged or defective item.
- Wait for our approval and return instructions before shipping anything back.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Auralith reserves the right to deny any return request that does not meet the above conditions.
